Lunette is so easy to use. Simply fold and insert, just like you would a normal non applicator tampon. The cup comes with an instruction booklet, and there are videos for more info. 

They're made from medical grade BPA free silicone and they're TGA (Australia) and FDZ 510K (USA) tested and certified. Lunette menstrual cups are safe, and non toxic with none of the toxic chemicals found in tampons. 

You'll barely notice that you're wearing a menstrual cup. They're so comfortable, and they're easy to insert and remove. Change it 2 to 4 times a day, or you can wear it for up to 12 hours overnight. Because the Lunette cups catch, and don't absorb, they won't dry out your mucus membranes. So much more comfortable than a standard tampon!

The silicone is soft and flexible, and the design works with your body to stay securely in place. No more leaks!

Lunette cups will last from 5 to 10 years! It's super cost effective and so eco friendly. 

Use instructions: To clean, simply rinse in cold water then in warm water. You can also use the Lunette disinfecting cup wipes, ideal if you're in a loo with no handbasin. At the end of your period, disinfect the cup with the Lunette menstrual cup cleanser.

Size: Available in 2 sizes, M1 and M2. 

M1: Diameter is 41mm x 47mm. Stem measures 25mm. Volume is 25ml. Made from slightly softer silicone. Ideal for younger women, light to average flow. 

M2: Diameter is 46 mm x 52 mm. Stem 20mm. Volume is 30mls. Made from a slightly firmer silicone than M1. Suitable for pregnant women or women who have children, or for heavier flow.
